29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: (a) Everlasting Stucco, LLC at 7571 E. Technology Way, Denver, CO 80237: On or before February 9, 2015 the exposing employer did not ensure employees working on a scaffold were protected from falls along all open sides, in that end-rails were not installed on the third and fourth levels of the scaffold. One employee worked on the fourth level while another employee worked on the third level. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 14 and 22 feet.
