29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a.  On or about February 9, 2015 at a new commercial construction building on a 5/12 pitch roof, an employee working on the southeast side of the roof was not protected from a 16 feet 3 inch fall hazard by the use of a personal fall protection system.
