29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system:  (a)  At 50104 Harris Dr. Ft. Rucker, AL: On or about February 5, 2015, the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from falls to a lower level 11.5 feet below, while demolishing a roof for up-grade, causing injuries requiring hospitalization.
