Skyline Roofing and Sheet Metal Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number: 314848755, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on March 10, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Corner of University and Broadway, Urbana, Illinois.
