29 CFR 1910.219(e)(2)(i): Overhead horizontal belt(s) with lower parts seven -7 feet or less from the floor(s) or platform(s) were not guarded on the sides and bottom in accordance with the requirements specified at CFR 1910.219(o)(3): (a) Maintenance Shop: The employer did not provide guarding for the mechanical power transmission apparatus on a Turret milling machine (serial #502332). A 3 inch by 11 inch opening was not guarded exposing employees to a moving 1/4 inch flat belt, as determined on February 10, 2015.
