Bridgetown Subdivision, Lot #433, 5210 Rialto Way, Cumming, GA (Jobsite) -  Employee were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 28 feet, while performing carpentry work such as, installing roof sheathing/decking on the elevated roof area of a new residential structure without the use of fall protection, on or about 2/10/15.   Oscar Rivera was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 992680, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 14, 2014, with respect to a workplace 4at Bridgetown Subdivision, Lot #433, 5210 Rialto Way, Cumming, GA.
