29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions: On or about February 11, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, 2350 North Federal Highway, Pompano Beach, Florida 33064, employees who were standing and walking behind a road roller being used in the parking lot construction, were not wearing a reflective vest.
