29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) Employees are exposed to fire hazards in that fire extinguishers are not mounted in the hot glue area/room which could slow response time causing injury. (b) Fire extinguishers are not mounted in the main production area.
