29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet). (a) At the SOIC office, the door leading to the hallway was not marked "NOT AN EXIT". (b) At the SOIC office, the door to the rest room were not marked restroom and/or "NOT AN EXIT". The US Marshal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315656777, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/13/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 400 S. Virginia, STE 201, Reno, NV 89501.
