Automobile repair bay area    A) An employee cutting an exhaust pipe of a vehicle with an Oxygen-Acetylene torch overhead was exposed to molten metal splatter and UV radiation without wearing appropriate eye protection; on or about 02-12-2015.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)    Automobile repair bay area and storage areas    A) Safety Data Sheets of chemicals available to employees, including but not limited to "PB Penetrating Catalyst" and "Valvoline 5510 Break Parts Cleaner", were kept in electronic form where they were not readily available to employees in case of an emergency; on or about 02-12-2015.    B) The Safety Data Sheet of a hazardous chemical available to employees in the work place, "Minwax Wood finish, Natural"  was not kept readily available to employees in case of an emergency; on or about 02-12-2015.
