29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii): Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not protected from the rays by noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields: a) Broomsdale Fabrication & Welding @ 8011 Enterprise Road, Bloomsdale, MO 63627: On and before February 12, 2015, the employer did not have welding screens to define welding work areas. The shop was composed of welding areas which could have been walled off by welding screens to protect employees as they pass through the shop on their way to the yard. This condition exposed employees to arc flash hazards.
