29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): JOB SITE: 8011 Enterprise Road, Bloomsdale, MO 63627, on or about 2/12/2015, at this facility, at the time of the inspection, a Daewoo Forklift, Model: 625E-3, S/N: CX05139 LP was found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe, the truck was not taken out of service until they were restored to safe operating condition. The following conditions existed: a) Damaged head lights. b) Missing LPG tank safety latch c) Damaged/defective tires
