29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): To prevent employees from entering hazard areas, the employer did not erect and maintain control lines, warning lines, railings or similar barriers to mark the boundaries of the hazard areas and/or did not train each employee to understand what these markings signify: a) Crane Barge - Employees were storing material such as but not limited to; bags of cement, gang boxes, near the swing radius of a Kobelco crawler crane, model number CK1100, and the swing radius was not protected, on or about 02/11/2015. For the purposes of this inspection, this employer was determined to be the creating employer and being cited under OSHA's Multi-Employer Workplace Policy.

29 CFR 1926.1437(n)(5): Physical attachment, corralling, rail systems, and centerline cable systems did not meet the requirements in Option (1), Option (2), Option (3), or Option (4) of this section, and that whichever option was used also met the requirements of paragraph (n)(5)(v) of this section: a) Crane Barge - A Kobelco crawler crane, model number CK1100G was being used to lift steel caisson tubes, steel rebar cages and mud dumpsters and not secured to the barge to prevent displacement, on or about 02/11/2015.
