29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical which they used: (Construction Reference: 1926.59): a) At the 310 East Huntingdon St. jobsite in Savannah, GA: On or about February 12, 2015 and times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that a safety data sheet for Type N Ivory Buff masonry cement was not readily accessible in the workplace as employees poured, mixed and applied cement during bricklaying activities.
