WAREHOUSE: The concrete floors of the warehouse area were cracked in the following areas creating tripping hazards: 1. Aisle ways between 11 and 12. 2. Aisle ways between 13 and 14 . 3. Aisle way between 15F and 15G.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Services, feeders, and branch circuits. Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, shall be legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident. WAREHOUSE: The circuit breakers within the electrical panel facing north in the anchor area were not all marked and labeled to indicate the purposes.
