29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. (a) Ticos Roofing at 400 S. Howes St., Fort Collins, CO 80521: On and before February 13, 2015, the employer did not ensure their employees were protected from injury, in that five employees engaged in roofing work on the roof of a commercial building were exposed to falls of approximately 10 feet without the use of a fall protection system.
