OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employees were exposed to crushing/struck by hazards:     a.  On or about February 13, 2015, employees were exposed to struck by and crushing hazards when loading material onto steel storage racks.       Among other methods, the following are feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct this hazard.  (a)  Post the allowable load limits in an easily visible location for employees to view.  (b)  Follow the rack Manufacturers Institute (RMI) Commentary to ANSI MH16.1: 2012 Specification for the Design, Testing and Utilization of industrial Steel Storage Racks.       ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED.
