29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not provided when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: 1739 Ellington road, South Windsor, CT 06074 on or about 02/17/2015: The employer did not provide fall protection for the employees who were engaged in snow removal from a low slop roof. The employees were exposed to about 28 foot fall from the edge of the roof.
