The most recent example of this was found on the job site located at 3301 S. Jeffers St. North Platte, NE 69103 where the employer had employees using a SLH model # 2584 scissor lift (mobile scaffold) with inadequate guard railing to connect steel roof trusses to horizontal I beams on a commercial construction site without the use of alternate forms of fall protection.
