29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a) On February 19, 2015, fall protection was not provided for each employee around the 45 foot wide by 60 foot long perimeter of the roof, exposing employees to the hazard of falling from a height of about 11 feet to the ground below.
