The permit required confined spaces that employees were permitted to enter included, but were not limited to, the Barrel Furnace (thermal and atmospheric hazards).  Entrance permit that was issued to enter the barrel furnace did not identify the rescue and emergency services to be summoned and how to summon them instead it indicated 911 should be called as an emergency procedure.
