29 CFR 1910.36(g)(4): Objects that projected into the exit route reduced the width of the exit route to less than the minimum width requirements of exit routes: (a) Southeast Door Shipping: Employees were exposed to the hazard of not having egress from the building during an emergency as the Southeast Door in shipping was blocked with a pallet. (b) Northeast Exit Door, or Dock 6: Employees were exposed to the hazard of not having egress from the building during an emergency as the Northeast Exit Door was being used as a permanent storage area with a blocked exit route and a blocked exit door. (c) Production North Door: Employees were exposed to the hazard of not having egress from the building during an emergency as the Production North Door was partially blocked with engines. (d) West Door: Employees were exposed to the hazard of not having egress from the building during an emergency as the West Door was partially blocked with a pallet.
