OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard: a) 1503 W. Airline Hwy., Laplace, LA; On or about 2/18/15, an employee was working from a towable aerial lift trailer while not wearing fall protection. The employee was removing stickers from a store front sign. The employee was approximately 10 feet above the ground.
