All surfaces shall be maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead.  a) On or about March 5, 2015, wipe samples taken from the #1 strip-line work station were found to contain 21.03 micrograms of lead exposing employees to a lead hazard.   b) On or about March 5, 2015, wipe samples taken from the left side work station of strip-line #2 were found to contain 48.19 micrograms of lead exposing employees to a lead hazard.   c) On or about March 5, 2015, wipe samples taken from the right side work station of strip-line #2 were found to contain 8.1 micrograms of lead exposing employees to a lead hazard.   d) On or about March 5, 2014, wipe samples taken from the lunch room table were found to contain 4.0 micrograms of lead exposing employees to a lead hazard.
