OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Mondelez International Job Site - On or about 2-18-15 - Employees were using a fiberglass extension ladder to access and bring equipment to the roof of the building for a snow removal operation. The ladder did not extend three feet above the landing surface of the roof exposing employees to a twenty four foot fall hazard.
