(a) 3633 E Nature Heights Lane, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho: employees engaged in installing a fireplace while standing on 4x8 sections of plywood were exposed to the potential of stepping through the unprotected 16 inch centers of the floor joists on this unfinished deck.
