29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a. On or about 02/12/15, at the warehouse area, at Bob Lynch and Moving Storage, Inc., Henry E. Rohlsen Airport, St. Croix, VI. The employer did not develop a written hazard communication program to ensure having safety data sheets for compressed gases such as propane (LPG) when employees replaced empty tanks with full ones during Toyota forklift maintenance operations. Note 1: Bob Lynch and Moving Storage, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 571279, citation number 1, item number 1(a) and was affirmed as a final order on 11/15/2012 with respect to a workplace located at Cyril E. King Airport, Cargo Center #4, St. Thomas, VI. NOTE 2: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
