Notice Citation 01 Item 002, 29 CFR 1904.32(a)(4) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer did not ensure that OSHA 300a for 2014 was posted. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on 02/14/2014, Inspection #957831, 03/05/2014 of final order, and was abated by certifying OSHA form 300a was posted in the workplace.
