29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:      The employer did not ensure that the production room area was maintained in a clean and orderly fashion. Metal shavings from milled part, surplus materials and stock, excess metal scraps and residual oil on the flooring had the potential to create     a slip/trip hazard or interfere with egress in the event of a fire.
