Employees of C&D Concrete, Inc., a subcontractor, were exposed to cave-in hazards while preparing to pour concrete for a retaining wall in an excavation approximately 11 feet deep, and 6 feet wide.   Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
