The equipment was listed for household use and instructions directed it be plugged directly into a wall outlet. The U. S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 906694, Citation 2, Item 6 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/09/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 325 S. Riverside, Medford, Oregon, 97501.
