29 CFR 1926.62(n)(4)(i): The employer did not establish and maintain an accurate record of all monitoring and other data used in conducting the employee exposure assessment as required by paragraph d of this section: a.) Montgomery Hospital Site: On or about February 19, 2015 employees were engaged in demolition of hospital structures and the site Health and Safety Plan did not contain objective data documenting why employee exposure to lead would be expected to be below the action level. The site Health and Safety Plan noted the lead containing paints may be present. No abatement certification or documentation required.
