29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Mail Room: 1) Pinchpoints at several heads of the H1 Inserter Line were not guarded. 2) Pinchpoints at one head of the F1 Inserter Line was not guarded. 3) The guard at the opener of the F1 Inserter Line was damaged.
