29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(ii): The chemical manufacturer, importer, or distributor did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals leaving the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: (a) Welding Shop: On or about February 9, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemicals such as but not limited to; Ethyl Alcohol, Methanol, Methyl Isobutyl Ketone, and Isopropyl acetone, (Denatured Alcohol); without having the secondary containers labeled with the required information.
