(b) Roof of structure: On February 18, 2015, Two employees engaged in sheathing activities on a 6/12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards between nine (9) and seventeen (17) feet onto packed earth and/or construction debris and 17 feet on concrete. Kelly Stover Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) that was contained in OSHA Inspection 519706, Citation 1, Item 1, issued on 7/23/2012; Final order date of 9/20/2013 with respect to the work site on the corner of 470 W Archerfield St., Meridian, Idaho. Abatement: Note abatement certification and documentation ARE required for this item
