29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use) On or about 02/19/2015, in the receiving side of the warehouse, where pallets full of corrosive chemicals were received, stored and sorted by employees, an eyewash apparatus was not made available for employees to rinse their eyes in an event of chemical splash.

29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(1): Employers shall train employees regarding the new label elements and safety data sheets format by December 1, 2013. On or about 02/19/2015, warehouse workers who receive sort and ship containers of chemicals such as Acetone, Methanol, Phosphoric acid and other corrosive chemicals were not trained on the new label elements and safety data sheets format.
