29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: a.) FRB Machines, Inc., 119 College St. Ext., Emlenton, PA 16373-Lunch room area of the facility, on or about February 20th, 2015, and times prior thereto: Wipe samples were obtained from the lunch room table areas and a Microwave (Hamilton Beach brand) located next to the lunch room table area of the facility. Analytical results indicated the presence of toxic metals, as follows: 1.) Lunchroom table next to Mazak brand CNC machine: 12.7300 ug Copper; 126.9700 ug Iron Oxide; 2.) Lunchroom table (surface below a spoon on the lunch room table) next to Mazak CNC machine: 13.5650 ug Copper; 4.3234 ug Manganese, 525.1700 ug Iron Oxide, 26.9120 ug Chromium; 3.) Microwave (Hamilton beach brand) next to lunch room table: 11.3590 ug Copper; 3.2966 ug Manganese, 354.2400 ug Iron Oxide, 24.7860 ug Chromium.
