29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: a) Cabinet Shop: On or about February 18, 2015 and at times prior, employees exposed to inhalation hazards from wood particulate while sawing, shaping, sanding and other activities associated with building cabinets. b) Spray Room: On or about February 18, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards from chemicals such as, but not limited to; Ethanol, Propanol, Methyl Propanol, Formaldehyde, Acetone, Butyl Acetate, Methoxy Propanol Acetate and Amorphous Silica (SHER-WOOD Hi-Bild PreCat Lacquer, Flat) while applying lacquer to finished cabinets.
