29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) (a)Century Communities @ 11288 Colony Circle, Broomfield, CO 80021: On and before February 20th, 2015, the controlling employer did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job site by a competent person. A subcontractor framing employee worked on a balcony of a multi-residential complex without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed an employee to a fall hazards. (b)Century Communities @ 11286 Colony Circle, Broomfield, CO 80021: On and before February 20th, 2015, the employer did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job site by a competent person. A wood floor subcontractor employee worked on a unguarded balcony of a multi-residential complex without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
