29 CFR 1926.200 (g)(2):  All traffic control signs or devices used for protection of construction workers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), 1988 Edition, Revision 3 or Millennium Edition:    a) On or about February 9, 2015, and at times prior, A.P. Eberlein, as the creating employer, did not ensure that employees of  United Rentals, contractor, were safe from struck-by hazards from live traffic in that an effective traffic control zone was not set up and/or trained flaggers with paddles were not provided to protect workers while delivering and picking up articulated boom man lifts from a left-turn lane across live lanes of traffic to the construction site.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
