29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: (a)Vanguard Construction @ 11288 Colony Circle, Broomfield, CO 80021: On and before February 20th, 2015, the prime framing contractor did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job site by a competent person. A subcontractor framing employee worked on a unguarded balcony of a multi-residential complex without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet 5 inches.
