(a)303 Framing, LLC @ 11288 Colony Circle, Broomfield, CO 80021: On and before February 20th, 2015, the employer failed to ensure that employees engaged in framing activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected from falling by an adequate fall protective system. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 9.5 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: (a)303 Framing, LLC @ 11288 Colony Circle, Broomfield, CO 80021: On and before February 20th, 2015, the employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. An employee was engaged in framing activities while exposed to a fall hazard while working on a balcony without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed an employee to fall hazard of approximately 9'5".
