29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Building R3-D at the Jekyll Island, GA jobsite: On or about December 16, 2014, the employer exposed workers to fall hazards of 14 ft. 9 in. on a low-slope roof, in that fall protection was not engaged as two employees walked on the roof and installed roofing panels.
