29 CFR 1910.24(h): Standard railings were not provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms: In the basement/supply room, the stairwell leading into to the basement was not provided with a standard railing. The railing did not have a midrail and the vertical height of the stair railing is 42 inches, there by exposing employees to a fall hazard.
