29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: On or about 02/24/2015 employees at the Dunkin Donuts/Town Fair Tire snow removal project were exposed to approximately 15' falls. Employees were engaged in snow removal activities without fall protection.
