Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:  a)  Roof: On or about February 18, 2015, the employer did not ensure a fall protection method was implemented and used while employees were installing metal roofing materials which exposed them to falls up to 16 feet to the ground below.   Orvin Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1007286, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 11, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 31, Badger Court, Spanish Fort, AL 36527.
