29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) At the facility, on or about February 24, 2015 - A suitable eye wash station was not provided where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials. Employees are exposed to Suma Diverpack containing sodium hydroxide, a corrosive, when changing out detergent bottles.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: a) At the facility, on or about February 24, 2015 - Employees were not provided with training in regards to the new labeling element and safety data sheets. Employees are exposed to Suma Diverpak containing Sodium Hydroxide, a corrosive, when using the dishwasher.
