29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Kitchen: On or about February 25, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to the hazards of a chemical splash without adequate facilities for quick flushing of the eyes while cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and dishes with corrosive liquids such as, but not limited to, Sparclean Delimer, Premier Automatic Machine Detergent, and Premier Low Temp Sanitizer Destainer. b) Laundry: On or about February 25, 2014, and at times prior there to, employees were exposed to the hazards of a chemical splash without adequate facilities for quick flushing of the eyes while cleaning resident laundry and bedding with corrosive liquids such as, but not limited to, Betco Break Ultra 110.
