29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification that identifies the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation has been performed, the date(s) of the hazard assessment, and, which identifies the document as a certification of hazard assessment: a) 197 Meister Ave., Branchburg, NJ site - Facility: The temporary agency employer did not develop, document and certify a hazard assessment to identify potential hazards temporary employees would be exposed to. A temporary employee was hired to work at Air Liquide /Voltaix, Inc. where he was exposed to hazards associated with operations including but not limited to cleaning chemical reactors. A written certification of the hazard assessment was not documented. Condition noted on or about 12/10/2014.
