29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. On February 13, 2015 at Outback Steakhouse located at 6800 Rogers Avenue, Fort Smith, AR 72903, an employee sustained a burn injury on his right arm, which resulted in a hospitalization. The hospitalization was reported on February 18, 2015 which was not within the stipulated 24 hour timeframe.
